Cherry Cola Club "Save The Macbeth"

London based four-piece, The Din have announced a handful of London, festival and Swedish live dates over the coming months to coincide with the release of a new download single on Easter Sunday the 20th of April 2014.

The band kick off the shows at the infamous Charlie Wrights in Shoreditch on Friday the 7th of March prior to shows in London, Sweden in March and April and the Isle of Wight Festival in May.

The new download release, as yet untitled, is the follow up to The Din’s ‘You, Me and The Dead See’ EP which was released Screamin’ Dreamer Records around Christmas last year and features seven stunning tracks.

Formed by two young Geordie boys, Nick Grimes (vocals, guitar) andOllie Scott (bass, backing vocals) just over eighteen months ago, they were joined last Summer by Jonny Powell (trumpet, backing vocals) and Richard Kerswell (drums, backingvocals). Since then their raucous and infectious blend of punk, gypsy, flamenco, and acoustic rock ‘n’ roll has seen them endear themselves to critics and public alike and support the likes of Babyshambles, Frank Turner, Penguin Rising and most recently Adam Green.

The Din will follow their April download release with the first single release ‘proper’ in May…more details to follow.
